FRIENDS OF
THE ROYAL BALLET SCHOOL

Tomorrow’s ballet stars need Friends. Today.

If dance gives you pleasure, please accept our invitation to become a Friend of The Royal Ballet School. Since we started in 1926, we’ve trained many of the world’s finest classical dancers – including Margot Fonteyn, Kenneth MacMillan, Anthony Dowell, Antoinette Sibley, Wayne Sleep, Jonathan Cope and Darcey Bussell. Today, the School continues to develop the talent and technique of young dancers and choreographers from all over the world, some of whose names may one day be as illustrious as those you have just read.

By becoming a Friend, you will be lending our students your invaluable support.

A rewarding friendship
As well as the knowledge that you are supporting the School and its work with the ballet stars of the future, your subscription will entitle you to the following membership benefits:

Regular School updates
En Avant is The Royal Ballet School’s own in-house magazine, full of news and photos of what students and staff are working on, and projects in the pipeline. You will receive a free copy three times a year in the middle of each term.

Special in-house events
As a Friend you will be invited to Open Days where you can watch students in daily class and rehearsal, giving you an insider’s view of the School at work and enabling you to follow the progress of the young dancers as they work towards a professional career. Throughout the year we also put on a variety of special performances, graduate tour previews and choreographic competitions. You will enjoy a priority booking for all of these and a special Friends’ discount on in-house tickets.
