| A LEGACY TO
THE ROYAL BALLET SCHOOL
Every day we benefit from the legacy of other people's
creativity, efforts and generosity. All around us
we see reflections of the visions, hopes and passions
of the people who have come before us, unselfishly
left behind for us to enjoy.
The Royal Ballet School has been at the cornerstone
of classical British ballet for over eighty years.
Its legacy has been to provide the world with generations
of renowned dancers and choreographers. The School
continues to aspire to train young people with a
gift and desire to dance, nurturing and refining
them into talented and inspirational performers who
will follow in the footsteps of the other Royal Ballet
School students such as Margot Fonteyn, Kenneth MacMillan,
Anthony Dowell and Darcey Bussell. Fundamental to fulfilling this objective is the
generosity of individuals or bodies who value and
support the aspirations of the School. Since its
foundation, such benefactors have played an essential
part in the continued survival of The Royal Ballet
School and its work, and our need for financial support
is as real today as ever.
By leaving a financial legacy to The Royal Ballet
School you can help young
people achieve their dreams, creating dancers who
will re-ignite the passion you had for ballet during
your lifetime in the audiences of the future.
The Royal Ballet School warmly welcomes legacies
from anyone who would like to reflect their love
of ballet in their will. Any legacy bequeathed to
The Royal Ballet School Endowment Fund would provide
the School with a vital source of sustainable income,
which could be applied where ever needs and opportunities
were greatest; sponsoring a student's training, commissioning
new choreography or development of the School's facilities.
If you would like to remember The Royal Ballet School
in your will, our Development and Publicity Department
would be delighted to send you further information
or meet with you personally to discuss the possibilities.
Be a part of The Royal Ballet School's future and
help us pass on the inspirational gift of ballet.
